About the position

The role is focused on leading the execution of the company's sales team operations, aligning sales, marketing, and customer support processes to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). The position involves managing teams, optimizing the sales process, and implementing strategies for revenue growth while ensuring a unified approach across the revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Owns sales process, analyzing the pipeline and utilizing metrics to recommend process changes.
  • Manages and optimizes go-to-market strategy and growth programs alongside senior leadership.
  • Implements and manages sales and marketing forecasting processes for quality and accuracy.
  • Identifies new market opportunities and conducts research and financial modeling.
  • Runs deal review meetings with sales and cross-functional support teams.
  • Serves as business owner of the customer platform (Salesforce) and implements metric-driven improvements.
  • Tracks quarterly and annual partner and client health processes and Net Promoter Score (NPS) program.
  • Applies an analyst and solution consultant mindset to improve business metrics.
  • Collaborates with Marketing to develop and refine sales tools and collateral.
  • Tracks quarterly and annual sales forecasting process and owns sales compensation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Typically, 12+ years of related experience.
  • 10+ years' experience in Strategy and Revenue Operations roles, with a focus on growth and productivity improvements.
  • 10+ years of experience managing and coaching employees.
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Finastra (or other financial analysis/lending systems), ThoughtSpot, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to set, manage, and track against diverse strategic KPIs.
