About the position

The Program Lead (VP) within the Risk Chief of Staff team is responsible for managing and coordinating various strategic initiatives and projects that support the Independent Risk Management (IRM) function. This role involves driving cohesion across the organization, providing governance, and leading communication and employee engagement strategies. The Program Lead will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various stakeholders, including those in Human Resources, to execute the Risk employee engagement plan and manage logistics for key meetings and events.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Risk Chief of Staff Office in managing day-to-day activities for the CRO and Risk CAO.
  • Assist in building and monitoring CRO and RMEC priorities and goals.
  • Create content for presentations on key Risk projects and monitor communication of progress.
  • Coordinate the delivery of commitments such as strategic off-sites and materials for management and board committees.
  • Manage logistics planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Review and approve budgets for employee engagement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Compile and report on engagement event costs globally to the Chief of Staff and leadership team.
  • Establish KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs.
  • Support ad hoc projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in financial services.
  • Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus.
