The VP of Sales and Business Development for Engineered Solutions will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term profitable sales growth through both repeat and new business. This role requires contributing customer feedback to help establish sales direction and strategy, leveraging market knowledge and sales expertise to align with the company's business development efforts. The VP will lead the Engineered Solutions Sales team, which is responsible for all commercial aircraft STC and PMA product and service solutions worldwide. The essential duties include identifying, quoting, negotiating, and closing business in accordance with company objectives, quotas, and policies. The VP will also contribute to the development of pricing policies for high-profile customers and establish a business development process for early detection of prospective business. This role involves developing and executing lead programs and marketing plans in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and Communications, as well as attending domestic and international exhibitions and trade shows to promote the company's offerings. Additionally, the VP will work closely with Program Management to ensure customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality product and service delivery. Regular reporting to the President on the sales pipeline and business development progress is expected, along with collaboration with other departments for problem analysis and resolution. The VP will maintain customer relationships for repeat business and develop strategies for expanding the company's customer base, promoting and cross-selling all AerSale products and services to customers worldwide.
