About the position

This is a senior leadership role at State Employees' Credit Union (SECU) focused on overseeing and delivering enterprise regulatory initiatives related to ATM, Cards, and Member Services programs. The position requires collaboration across business lines, strategic planning, and effective project management to ensure alignment with SECU's mission and objectives. The role also involves managing cross-functional teams and providing guidance to stakeholders on program management issues.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight and delivery of ATM, Card and Member Services programs and associated projects in alignment with SECU's strategic plan.
  • Evaluate, influence and drive large scale, shared service and regulatory initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for program stakeholders and executive leadership on strategy and program management issues.
  • Drive end-to-end program/project management and execution, ensuring effective project delivery both on-time and within budget.
  • Direct management of large program delivery team, organizing into efficient workstreams and coaching program managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or other relevant fields (or equivalent experience).
  • 15 years or more of relevant experience in project management and consulting.
