About the position

The position involves leading the technical product management function across FIS Core and BPaaS portfolios, reporting to the SVP of Product Management. The role focuses on improving operational metrics, fostering a customer-centric product development culture, and managing a global team of product owners to enhance accountability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical product management function across FIS Core and BPaaS portfolios.
• Manage a global team of product owners, driving accountability and ownership.
• Improve operating metrics related to speed, quality, and predictability.
• Partner with engineering and business line product management leadership to establish a customer-centric product development culture.
• Create consistent ways of working across all FIS.
• Develop a logical framework for cross P&L dependency management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in a similar role or industry.
• Thorough knowledge of FIS products supported.
• General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management, and planning skills.
• Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and associated products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to utilize judgment in decision-making processes.
• Experience interacting with engineering and business teams.
