About the position

The Vice President of Process Transformation at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is responsible for leading teams of project managers and business analysts to drive process improvements and transformational initiatives across the organization. This strategic role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of process management methodologies, and a proven track record in delivering successful transformation projects. The VP will engineer business processes, conduct statistical analyses, and ensure alignment between technical efforts and business needs, all while fostering a culture of digital-first and automation-driven practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-performing teams of project managers and business analysts to drive process improvements.
  • Define, design, and mature the IT Transformation Team and underlying business processes.
  • Build data models and measurement indexes to visualize the efficacy of business processes.
  • Engage with the business for requirement gathering and analysis, ensuring budget expectations are met.
  • Create demand management models to balance work and resources effectively.
  • Drive process engineering and efficiency exercises, focusing on automation and self-service.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Strategic Sourcing to manage project-related expenses and budgets.
  • Develop a strong team of project leaders with technical acumen and statistical expertise.
  • Present models and reports of program efforts to senior leadership, acting as the voice of Technology.
  • Ensure project reporting is up-to-date and transparent to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of business analysis and process engineering experience.
  • 8+ years supporting large enterprise projects and services.
  • 5+ years working with third-party service suppliers, including financial and SLA functions.
  • 8+ years creating data models and reporting for senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of talent development experience in a matrixed organization.
  • Significant executive presence and experience presenting to senior levels.
