About the position

The VR Gaming App Developer Support Specialist at Concentrix is responsible for assisting developers through case management, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution, while ensuring continuous improvement for the client. This role requires a passion for the gaming community and a high level of attention to detail in resolving issues for VR gaming developers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist developers through case management and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve tickets and provide continuous improvement for the client.
  • Escalate non-standard submissions and report on trends.
  • Communicate with developers and internal partners regarding ticket inquiries.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve non-standard and escalated issues.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience helping advertisers navigate online platform tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize urgency.
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
  • Demonstrate patience in customer contact situations.
  • Ability to work with and wear VR equipment daily.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • 18 years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Extensive personal or professional experience with video gaming and virtual reality (VR) required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Call Center, Technical Support, Office Administrative or Social Media preferred.
  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Ability to rotate shifts as needed.
