About the position

As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant at CenterWell, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the health and well-being of our patients. This position is designed for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for patient education and empowerment. You will be responsible for providing insights to patients regarding their pharmacy prescriptions, helping them to lower out-of-pocket costs and improve adherence to their medication regimens.
