About the position

The Senior .Net / React Developer will work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions that enhance business scalability and sustainability. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure cohesive execution of projects, with a focus on leading high-performance teams and driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product Owners and BAs to understand business needs and requirements.
• Create technical designs and reference documentation for implementation.
• Produce clean, secure, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Lead application integrations using APIs and REST services.
• Partner with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix defects in existing software.
• Provide technical guidance to product teams and developers throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in and champion agile/scrum ceremonies; monitor sprint burndown charts.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years' experience leading software delivery teams and developing solutions.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in software development, focusing on React-JS and .NetCore platforms integrated with APIs and deployed in Azure Cloud.
• Results-driven with high integrity; ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships; superior communication skills.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
