About the position

The Mobile Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing and building automation frameworks for native mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms. This role requires a strong background in test automation, particularly with Appium and Selenium, and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation frameworks for native mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Appium and Selenium.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development life cycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation and application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on automation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
• Proven experience with Appium and Selenium for mobile testing.
• Proficient in Core Java and at least one other programming language.
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with banking clients.
• Familiarity with mobile platform training.
• Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
