About the position

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline is required.
- At least 8 years of professional involvement with the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation system is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling data integration, overseeing data management practices, and conducting sophisticated data analysis.
Nice-to-haves
- Command over SQL tactics, adept in structuring data models and versed in the execution of ETL routines.
- Capable of leveraging APIs and various data integration methodologies effectively.
- A robust grasp of the concepts surrounding data protection and information security.
- Knowledgeable about Oracle Customer Experience (Cx) suite applications.
- Prior involvement with tools such as Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Oracle Sales Planning, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Application Express (APEX) is a plus.
