About the position
The W2 Support Team Roadie Support position at Texas Roadhouse involves assisting with customer service inquiries related to W2 forms during the W2 season. This role requires effective communication skills to resolve issues over the phone and via email, ensuring a high level of service for employees and former employees.
Responsibilities
- Answer support phone calls at a high volume rate
- Use service desk software to log calls
- Assist employees and former employees with W2 retrieval
- Assist employees and former employees with Payroll related questions
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED equivalent
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
