Optum WA is seeking a Pathway Physician to join their team remotely in Washington. This role is designed for clinicians in their final year of training, providing a unique opportunity to enhance their experience while eliminating the burden of job searching. Responsibilities
- Receive a guaranteed salary during the final year of training.
- Enhance the experience of final months of training and eliminate job search burdens.
- Learn to operate in a value-based care model.
- Grow exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various care settings.
- Receive mentorship from experienced physicians to ease the transition from training to practice.
- Complete a customized program virtually with a few hours of commitment per month.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- PGY3 or Chief Resident in a Medical Specialty.
- Desire to practice out-patient care in specified counties post-fellowship.
