ADP is hiring a Wage Garnishment Call Center Representative I. In this role, you will be responsible for handling phone calls related to garnishment inquiries from clients, their employees, custodial parents, and agencies. Your primary focus will be to ensure that ADP complies with federal and state garnishment laws. You will partner with our service, implementation, and operations teams to address any non-compliance issues or escalated concerns, aiming to reduce or eliminate potential liabilities. Additionally, you will process potential judgments against ADP and/or our clients by ensuring that all proper notifications and payments are sent to courts and agencies in a timely manner.
