About the position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring that our bar area is well-maintained and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service and build rapport, enhancing their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the establishment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-volume setting.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and current beverage trends is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
