Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the Aloha POS system and process payments through the cash register
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders
• Provide exceptional guest service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
