About the position
As a Waitress/Server at Sports Fans, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This part-time position requires a friendly and courteous demeanor, as you will be the face of our restaurant, interacting with guests and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, as it will help you adapt quickly to our fast-paced environment. You must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Your ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with both customers and staff will be essential to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Prepare drinks as required, following standard recipes and procedures.
- Assist in keeping the restaurant neat and tidy throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, ideally 1 year.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
