About the position

Wake and Late is seeking passionate Front Of House (FOH) service team members for their Pasadena location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through inspired service and hospitality, primarily during morning hours. Team members will be responsible for all aspects of FOH service, including guest interaction, beverage preparation, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and hospitality.
• Prepare beverages including coffee and tea.
• Welcome and guide guests through their experience.
• Look for opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Food Handler Certification.
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
