About the position

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the U.S., is seeking full-time Sales Consultants to provide exceptional service and connect customers with technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers.
• Act as a passionate guest advocate, connecting with customers and providing resolutions to their issues.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology for them.
• Foster a competitive drive and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
