About the position

The Walmart Omnichannel Activation Manager at Mondelēz International is a pivotal role focused on driving the company's ambition in online snacking through effective activation strategies across Walmart. This hybrid position requires collaboration with both internal teams and Walmart's Customer Business Team to enhance digital commerce operations and ensure the successful execution of marketing activations that align with Mondelēz's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Omnichannel business plans in partnership with Customer Business Teams and HQ category planning teams.
  • Drive omnichannel activations for MDLZ brands at Walmart in partnership with the Walmart CBT and headquarters brand teams.
  • Partner with retailers to improve their digital commerce and activation capabilities and roadmap.
  • Manage agencies, partnerships, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Assess key flywheel opportunities and develop projects to address them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 4-6 years of CPG experience
  • Shopper, trade or brand marketing experience preferred
  • Digital commerce and retail media experience a plus
  • Experience with Walmart Luminate a plus
  • Strong, proactive communication skills
  • Capability/background in analytics and insights
