About the position

As a Retail Specialist at Premium, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that client brands are prominently displayed and available at Walmart stores. This part-time position offers flexibility and independence, allowing you to engage in various merchandising activities that connect customers with their favorite brands. You will receive training and certification from retail experts, and have access to health plan options, including telemedicine services.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers find what they need.
• Front face products to maintain attractive product shelves.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and transport them to the store.
• Install and place promotional materials as per instructions to enhance product visibility.
• Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Answer step-by-step questions within Premium's field technology on your mobile device while completing tasks.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to accomplish tasks.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel between retail locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
