About the position
The Warehouse Advantage Analyst role focuses on developing and implementing solutions using Krber Warehouse Advantage to enhance warehouse operations. This position involves analyzing existing systems, collaborating with teams to gather requirements, and providing support and training to warehouse staff. The goal is to optimize efficiency and ensure the reliability of warehouse management systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions using Krber Warehouse Advantage to optimize warehouse operations.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide support and training to warehouse staff on system functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the warehouse management system.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in warehouse management technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Krber Warehouse Advantage or similar WMS solutions.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to WMS customization (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
