About the position

The Warehouse and Inventory Supervisor at Private Label Beauty & Wellness is responsible for overseeing the coordination of materials within the warehouse and ensuring efficient inventory management. This role involves maintaining accurate records, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The supervisor will work closely with the operations team to support the movement of materials and uphold the highest ethical manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the movement of materials in the warehouse and between plant locations.
• Maintains documentation of inventory receipts and transfers to meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Manages and updates inventory of both raw materials and components in the proper warehouse locations.
• Completes work as assigned by COO.
• Works at different warehouse areas as assigned.
• Uses forklift in a safe and skillful manner.
• Loads and unloads materials at dock.
• Assures that materials are delivered timely and correctly.
• Locates and removes materials from the warehouse.
• Restocks returned goods.
• Participates in cycle and yearly inventory.
• Maintains orderly work area.
• Completes all records up to date in the ERP System.
• Performs work within SOP guidelines.
• Works within plant safety guidelines at all times.
• Follows all company policies as set forth in the employee handbook.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of warehouse supervisor experience.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs).
• Experience in shipping & receiving.
• Team management skills.
• Warehouse management experience.
• Demand planning experience.
