Responsibilities
- Stock food shelves and assemble food orders for distribution.
- Assist the Food Bank Warehouse Supervisor in various warehouse functions.
- Maintain client confidentiality while managing inventory.
- Load, unload, and stock all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Complete daily vehicle, inventory, and warehouse maintenance logs.
- Properly record weights and dispose of expired foods.
- Adhere to safety practices and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Valid California driver's license and proof of current automotive insurance.
- Ability to pass a Live Scan and background check.
- Proficiency in loading, unloading, and stocking supplies.
- Attention to detail for completing logs and recording weights.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
- Capability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching for extended periods.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged durations.
