Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution encompasses roles that are pivotal in managing and executing inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities. This includes planning and execution, while distribution is primarily handled through carrier management. The scope of this role covers various types of warehouses, including Container Freight Stations (CFS), Container Yards (CY), inland depots, and bonded warehouses, whether they are owned, operated, or a combination of both by Maersk. The Frontline stream specifically includes individual contributors who typically work on-site in a hands-on environment, directly supporting daily business operations activities. Individuals in the Frontline career stream are often engaged in skilled or entry-level operator jobs, providing essential services that directly benefit our customers. This may involve tasks such as transporting and loading/unloading cargo, fulfilling orders, and other operational duties. The majority of their time is dedicated to delivering specific operational or technical services or activities, usually under supervision, and in accordance with established schedules and standards, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
