About the position
The Warehouse Associate position at Artisanal Brewing Ventures involves supporting the packaging lines and managing inventory in a fast-paced environment. This role requires operating a forklift, unloading raw materials, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a propane powered forklift for 8 hours daily.
- Support the packaging lines by supplying necessary materials to maintain production pace.
- Unload and check in raw materials.
- Pick, pack, and ship fulfillment orders accurately.
- Enter accurate production numbers daily.
- Coordinate with other shifts and departments as needed.
- Conduct spot checks as requested by the Supply Chain Department.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Experience in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift experience is required; must possess or be able to obtain a valid forklift license.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
- Ability to work a consistent 2nd Shift schedule, Mon-Fri, 2pm-10pm after initial training.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to train with Warehouse Coordinator during the first month on first shift, Mon-Fri, 6am-2pm.
