About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate, timely, and safe handling of incoming and outgoing stock in a distribution environment. This role involves physical labor, including lifting and carrying items, and requires teamwork to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Understanding of product descriptions, SKU, and PO numbers.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Reading comprehension and ability to communicate in writing.

Responsibilities

• Receive, place, and load incoming/outgoing stock.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance on an intermittent basis for up to eight hours per day.
• Team lift items over 51-99 pounds as needed throughout the day.
• Verify receiving/shipping documents and ensure accurate product counts.
• Operate packaging and material movement equipment.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the manager.
