Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick product and prepare orders for shipment while observing all safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to move work through the system in an organized fashion.
• Function as a team member within the department and organization, performing any duties assigned to best serve the company.
• Run scanning equipment and pack orders according to customer requirements or provided specifications.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Self-identify mistakes, recommend solutions, and provide feedback to all levels in the organization.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• Ability to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 90 pounds occasionally throughout the shift
• Ability to work in cooler and freezer environments ranging from 36°F (2°C) to -10°F (-23°C)
• Pass pre-employment drug test

Nice-to-haves

• 1 - 2 Years of warehouse and/or production work experience
• OSHA Forklift operator certificate
