• Move and organize pallets within the warehouse.
• Conduct small batch manufacturing tasks including filling, labeling, and packaging products.
• Prepare and ship out products, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role of 4+ years or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic.
