As a Ground Operations Associate at Veho, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various tasks within the warehouse that contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring on-time delivery. This includes scanning and sorting packages onto pallets or into designated routes, as well as meeting delivery driver partners for the morning launch. You will also be responsible for preparing carts accurately to facilitate successful on-time delivery for our customers. In this fast-paced environment, you will need to thrive under pressure, demonstrating quick thinking and physical agility. The role requires you to take direction from Supervisors and the Ground Operations Lead, particularly regarding our sorting and accountability processes. Maintaining a professional demeanor is crucial, as you will interact with colleagues, crowd-sourced drivers, and customers regularly. You will be expected to stand for extended periods, move boxes up and down, bend, and frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, ensuring you are physically prepared for the demands of the role.
