About the position
Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Loader/Unloader for the 2nd Shift, offering a competitive pay of $18 per hour. This position is integral to the Rental Division, where the primary responsibilities include driving company trucks to designated areas within the facility for the unloading of soiled products. Once the unloading is complete, the Loader/Unloaders will load clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks according to the designated customer routes for each truck. Maintaining cleanliness in the work area is essential, and employees are expected to meet or exceed established standards for both the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to working in a fast-paced environment where time pressures are prevalent. Loader/Unloaders must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and handling materials that may be soiled or have strong odors, utilizing appropriate protective equipment. The position demands physical activity, including standing for most of the shift, as well as stretching, bending, squatting, and lifting or moving materials. Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
- Comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
- Ability to handle soiled materials with appropriate protective equipment.
- Physical ability to stand for most of the shift and perform lifting or moving activities.
