About the position

The Warehouse Associate position at Paradies Lagardère involves working in a dynamic retail and dining environment within an airport setting. The role focuses on inventory control, customer service, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations, all while contributing to a positive community impact. Associates will engage in various tasks related to receiving and managing merchandise, ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliance with rules and regulations for deliveries and merchandise movement.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.
  • Utilize company-issued tools and resources while adhering to security practices in the work environment.
  • Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow Associates.
  • Maintain warehouse appearance and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions accurately using handheld or company equipment.
  • Complete required process controls and paperwork efficiently and accurately.
  • Apply stock security processes consistently as defined.
  • Resolve inventory control issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Identify and report discrepancies to Management according to defined processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including food safety regulations.
  • Follow the First In, First Out process for inventory management.
  • Maintain good time management.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a retail or dining environment.
