About the position
Empire Today is looking to add a new Warehouse Professional to join our team. If you thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments, this is the role for you! As Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for handling all flooring inventory such as carpet rolls, wood flooring, and pallets of tile including receiving, picking, staging, loading/unloading, transporting, and disposal.
Responsibilities
- Unload shipments and verify for accuracy.
- Load trailers with product for delivery.
- Use a forklift and/or other specialized machinery.
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years warehouse material movement experience
- Experience operating a forklift preferred.
- Routinely lift, carry, push, and pull flooring materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
