A significant aspect of this role includes operating various equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, which requires the ability to lift weights ranging from 40 to 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. The position also demands physical stamina, as associates will be bending, stooping, climbing, standing, and twisting for extended periods. Successful candidates will need to complete forklift training and certification requirements and will be expected to operate a PC/Data Terminal for Returns and UPS. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role to ensure smooth operations and coordination with team members and management.
