About the position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of supplies to crews, maintaining the condition of materials, and managing necessary paperwork. This role involves loading and unloading supplies, driving a company vehicle for deliveries, and adhering to safety policies.

Responsibilities

  • Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation of materials
  • Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles
  • Complete and maintain inventories
  • Maintain condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures
  • Receive and fill orders
  • Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver material
  • Ensure regular and predictable attendance
  • Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 - 5 years of warehouse experience, electrical experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with tool/material tracking databases, Tool Watch preferred
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Self-starter
  • Attentive to details
  • Organized, punctual, reliable
  • CDL Class A driver's license within 60 days of hire
