About the position
The Warehouse Associate position at Kent Nutrition Group involves loading and unloading products, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring safety compliance. This full-time role is essential for supporting both commercial and private customers with their feed product needs.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading bagged feeds and related products to customers.
- Safely operating a hand truck and fork truck.
- Operating all equipment and vehicles in a safe manner and obeying all safety rules.
- Receiving, accurately loading, and rotating products.
- Maintaining the warehouse and loading areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Reporting any safety concerns while performing essential duties.
- Performing other duties as assigned by Store Management.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of employment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
- Effective communication skills.
- Understanding of feed products and willingness to learn and grow.
