About the position

The Warehouse Associate at Tenet is responsible for assisting customers and warehouse staff in a distribution warehouse environment. This role includes loading and unloading products, stocking items, managing inventory, and providing customer service. The associate will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assists with product information and customer service in the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers or other transport devices; manage the proper storage of items.
• Receive, ship, store, and/or move materials within the warehouse and maintain accurate records.
• Operates forklift safely and keeps the warehouse and grounds clean and orderly.
• Performs supply delivery and other warehouse related duties as necessary or assigned.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, driven, with a strong work ethic and dependability.
• Excellent customer service and verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, and efficient with excellent organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative approach to work.
• Ability to stay informed about product details and updates.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or similar setting.

Nice-to-haves

• One year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.
