About the position

The Warehouse Associate position at Superior Fence and Rail involves supporting the operations of a new office within the largest fencing company in the country. This role is essential for ensuring efficient order processing, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to the overall success of the team. Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of how to pull orders and ensure all jobs are loaded correctly.
• Ensure that all orders are pulled and processed in the appropriate allotted time.
• Receive truckload and less than truckload (LTL) shipments and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Ensure that the work areas are maintained in an organized manner.
• Ensure that the shop is clean and free of debris at all times.
• Ensure quality control inspections are being done in a consistent manner.
• Operate the CNC router to fabricate vinyl fence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Forklift certification is required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet.
• Ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Previous construction experience is preferred (fencing, framing, roofing carpentry).
• Polished and professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
