About the position

The Warehouse Associate position at Capstone Logistics involves performing various warehouse responsibilities in a fast-paced and physical environment. Associates will engage in tasks such as loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, and palletizing, while also maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse. This role is essential for supporting the company's supply chain operations and ensuring efficient logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and products.
• Select and prepare freight for shipment.
• Audit and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Repack and sort products as needed.
• Palletize goods for storage or shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
