About the position
The Warehouse Associate position at Blue Seal/Kent Nutrition Group involves loading and unloading products, maintaining warehouse safety, and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading bagged feeds and related products to customers, both commercial and private
- Safely operating a hand truck and fork truck
- Operating all equipment and vehicles in a safe manner and obeying all safety rules
- Receiving and accurately loading and rotating product
- Maintaining the warehouse and loading areas in a neat and orderly fashion
- Reporting any safety concerns while performing essential duties
- Performing other duties as assigned by Store Management
Requirements
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches
- Demonstrated consistent track record of employment
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Effective communication skills
- Understanding of feed products and willingness to learn and grow
- High School diploma or GED
