About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our distribution center, ensuring that products are accurately stocked, organized, and shipped. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Operate cherry pickers and cranes for the safe movement of heavy items within the warehouse.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all products are properly documented and stored.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain an organized workspace by regularly cleaning and arranging stock areas.
• Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock audits.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient workflow in the distribution center.
• Fabricate packaging materials as needed for outgoing shipments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, including cherry pickers and cranes.
• Strong physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged standing during shifts.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in stock management.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
