About the position

As a Part-time Warehouse Associate at Fastenal, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of products in and out of the facility. This position involves inventory management and local deliveries, contributing to the overall success of the branch located in Lebanon, MO. The role may offer a flexible schedule after an initial onboarding and training period.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining branch inventory
• Receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory
• Making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a current full valid driver's license
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
• Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25lbs-50lbs, and up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
