About the position

The Warehouse Associate at Adams Thermal Systems is responsible for supporting the fulfillment team by pulling, packaging, and shipping parts and components to various customers, including online customers, dealers, and distributors. This role involves inventory tracking and ensuring that all parts are accurately placed and removed from their designated locations. The position requires operating warehouse equipment and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Responsibilities

• Locate and retrieve parts for shipping.
• Package parts for shipping following ACS packaging standards.
• Ensure all required labels and packing materials are included.
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory.
• Operate forklift, automated pallet jack, and tugger.
• Document appropriate warehouse location of all parts and components.
• Maintain physical condition of fulfillment area and equipment by inspecting equipment and completing pre-use inspections.
• Request work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Adhere to quality standards by following work instructions, control plans, and visual aids.
• Report any questions or non-conformances to the supervisor/team leader.
• Comply with all PPE requirements and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/team leader.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good communication skills, both written and inter-personal.
• Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift operator's license.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding/familiarization with ACS products and required materials and supplies.
