About the position

The Warehouse Associate position at De La Rue Authentication Solutions in Logan, Utah, involves working as part of a small team responsible for the efficient movement and warehousing of parts within the company. This role is crucial in supporting the company's mission to provide secure brand-protection features and anti-counterfeiting solutions globally. The position requires performing various warehouse tasks, including inventory management, processing shipments, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic warehouse tasks such as stocking raw materials for production, picking materials for shipments, and replenishing floor stock items following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Process all inbound deliveries including UPS/FedEx, LTL, and local deliveries.
• Maintain the efficient movement and warehousing of parts between departments within the company.
• Process outbound shipments including properly loading and securing product for safe transport.
• Inform the production manager of serious and/or ongoing issues for resolution.
• Assist with inventory maintenance.
• Maintain a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Work safely and follow all company policies and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Must be age 18 or older.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
• Prior experience working as a laborer, preferably in a warehouse.
• Experience with a forklift, with forklift certification highly preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to enter data accurately.
• Ability to schedule and prioritize shipping flow according to production and shipping requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work through shipping problems with freight forwarders and 3rd Party Logistic providers.
• Ability to interact professionally with coworkers, vendors, and customers.
• International shipping experience is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
• Ability to maintain good attendance and punctuality.
