Warehouse Associate

About the position

The Warehouse Associate at Rinnai America Corporation plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient storage, receipt, and distribution of goods. This position is essential for meeting company and customer requirements, contributing to the overall operational success of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Unload, palletize, and put away shipments
• Re-box units as directed and place in stock locations
• Replenish stock locations as needed to ensure FIFO
• Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Conduct inventory counts of finished goods and accessories as required
• Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed daily
• Embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environment
• Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Other duties and responsibilities assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 6 months warehouse experience and stand-up forklift experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask with competing priorities
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment
• Some heavy lifting required
• Ability to operate in a warehouse environment with minimal supervision
• Occasionally lift up to 75lbs
