The Warehouse Shipping Associate at Wallflower Merchandise, LLC is responsible for managing the shipping, picking, packing, and inventory of customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring they are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Generate and print shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documents.
• Track inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and ensure stock is properly stored.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and shipping addresses to minimize errors.
• Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth order flow and resolve any shipping-related issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in the shipping and receiving areas.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks, including stocking, inventory management, and general warehouse maintenance, as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in shipping and warehouse operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable standing and moving for long periods.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime during busy periods.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners is a plus.
