About the position

The Warehouse Associate at Gaia Herbs plays a crucial role in the internal supply chain and fulfillment operations. This position involves various tasks related to loading, unloading, and transporting products, as well as maintaining inventory records and ensuring adherence to safety and quality policies. The role is essential for supporting the company's mission-driven work and contributing to a sustainable economy.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Gaia safety and quality policies.
• Load, unload, and transport products using various powered industrial trucks.
• Receive, ship, and transfer inventory records via Gaia WMS.
• Pull and prepare products for production shop orders.
• Pack and ship small parcel shipments.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts.
• Perform 5S/cleaning tasks as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is Required.
• 1 year Warehouse/Logistics experience preferred.
• 1 year Powered Industrial Truck experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in math (including decimals and fractions).
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Proficient or a willingness to be trained in the operation of multiple types of powered industrial trucks.
