About the position
The Warehouse Associate position at ManpowerGroup involves supporting the Warehouse and Logistics Teams in a leading Beauty Distribution Center. This part-time role is focused on ensuring efficient operations during weekend shifts, with responsibilities including order picking, packing, and maintaining organized storage spaces. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and thrive in team environments.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Stage products within the warehouse for efficient processing.
- Use headsets, RF scanners, and other tools as required.
- Safely operate powered material handling equipment to transport products.
- Maintain organized storage spaces to optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a completed background check and drug screen.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Experience with RF scanners and pallet jacks.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons.
- A collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
