Responsibilities

• Prepare concession stands for events
• Maintain the calendar of events and who is running each stand
• Perform opening and closing procedures for events
• Verify inventory prior to and after the event for accuracy
• Communicate any issues to the Child Nutrition Director
• Oversee cleanliness of stands maintained by groups running them
• Submit accurate and timely inventory to the Child Nutrition Director for billing
• Assist warehouse supervisor in district warehouse with inventory and delivering food to campuses
• Complete all necessary documentation including temperature sheets and cleaning schedules
• Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties
• Inspect vehicles and equipment following established inspection procedures.
