About the position

The Warehouse AV Technician position at Pro Audio Video, Inc. is an entry-level role focused on supporting the warehouse lead by delivering audio-visual equipment and providing small-scale AV services to clients. The technician will be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring quality control, and assisting with event preparations while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the warehouse lead in delivering equipment and providing AV services.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including setup and operations.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean, assisting with event preparations.
• Understand and implement company quality control procedures for equipment.
• Safely deliver equipment to customers and event locations, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Load and offload equipment from company trucks and transport clients as needed.
• Document maintenance records and quality control procedures for equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of quality control experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of audio-visual experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more based on average equipment weight.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Basic skills in audio, video, and lighting equipment.
